Joni Greeson, Greg’s wife Eurway's former VP Merchandising, managed that company's showrooms in its Dallas, Austin and Houston superstores, the implementation of e-commerce operations, and a world-class buying and purchasing office. Her proven specialties—honed over twenty years in retail operations— include picking winning products, "just-in-time" precision inventory control, global vendor relations, order management, in-store merchandising and sales team motivation.

As co-founder and CEO of the Eurway chain of home furnishings stores in Texas, he oversaw that company's growth (from a single strip-mall store in 1980) to three superstores, e-commerce operations, and over $23 million in sales. His oversight of Collectic Home's real estate search, store design, marketing, and branding is assurance that the company’s standards are impeccably maintained.
