The Flipside Sofa Bed in dark Velvet Mercury fabric effortlessly converts from a stylish sofa to a queen sized bed in one easy step. This contemporary sofa has easy-pull fabric handles that are hidden on the inside of the seat cushion to allow a quick conversion from a modern sofa to a comfortable bed for guests. The Flipside Sofa features a removable, pre-shrunk, machine-washable cotton top sheet which fastens securely to the bed. The solid wood block feet have a wenge finish and the cushions are Dacron®-wrapped to maintain a structured shape. The cushions are manufactured to meet California TB117-2013 fire safety standards without the use of flame retardant additives in the upholstery foam. The frame is constructed from kiln-dried 100% FSC®-Certified hardwood in support of responsible forest management, and it uses synthetic-down fill material from recycled PET plastic water bottles.
