We are happy to accept Purchase Orders (P.O.s) and will reference their numbers on our quotes and invoices to you. Please note that our terms are "payment-in-full prior to shipping". At this time, we do not offer Net 30 credit terms.
STEP 1. To become a member, please start by registering a customer account:
STEP 2. Submit the form below. Be sure to tell us the email address that you used for your account set-up in step one. Include a minimum of three of the five requested credentials to be considered for inclusion in the Trade Program. These include a resale certificate or business license, proof of affiliation in a design or architecture-related association, a business card or letterhead, a website where we can see your portfolio, or an Instragram account instead of a website if you use that for your portfolio.
STEP 3. Watch your email.
We’ll review your documentation, upgrade your account type to Trade (if approved) and send you a welcome email with approval details within 24-48 business hours. Once approved, just login to your account and add items to your shopping cart to see the line item discount. Please note: some of our manufacturers do not allow us to advertise discounts and Sale items are not eligible for further discounting.
And of course, we're also happy to go the extra mile to provide special details and pricing for unique orders, quantity purchases or special white glove installations; don't hesitate to contact us via phone or email for a custom quote or additional order details.
